John Laird Pearson (SH 50-55). We thank his brother Mark (SH 56-61) for the following details. “John died on 1st May aged 82 years. He lived on the Wirral and worked all his life in Liverpool, firstly for J. Bibby & Son and then with the metals company Lonmin. Apart from his career in accountancy, he took great interest in a variety of sports, particularly cricket, rugby and especially golf, which he played as a keen club member. He will be greatly missed by many.”
